Job description

The Designer / Animator is a temporary role working closely with our Creative and Post-Production teams to conceptualize and execute visually dynamic motion graphics, titles, and UI elements. We are seeking a versatile, agile creative—a true “jack-of-all-trades”—who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly transition across diverse projects and visual styles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motion Design & Animation: Design and animate high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics.
  • Core Design Execution: Apply strong foundational skills in visual concept development, layout, and typography across all assets.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with creative and production teams to execute project objectives aligned with the creative vision.
  • Research & Innovation: Explore, research, and apply cutting-edge design techniques to produce unique visual solutions.
  • Conceptual Development: Support early-stage project phases by creating cohesive storyboards and style frames.
  • Creative Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh perspectives and innovative design ideas.
  • Asset & Workflow Management: Adhere to team standards for file organization, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Hands-on experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a major plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of strong responsiveness, clarity, and follow-through.
  • Self-Management: Highly proactive and adaptable, with proven success managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Engagement & Ownership: Confident in pitching concepts, giving clear project updates, and actively contributing to design critiques.
  • Gaming Culture: A personal passion for and deep familiarity with video games is strongly preferred, though not mandatory.
