At Latitude Therapy, you'll work one-on-one with children, adolescents, and adults in their homes and community settings, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

This is an in-home position, which means you'll travel between client homes throughout your workday.

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home or community setting  
  • Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
  • Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Submit session notes and documentation as required
  • Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
  • Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
  • Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
  • Travel between session locations as needed
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • RBT certification preferred - we’ll help you get certified if you aren’t already!
  • Prior ABA experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and active auto insurance required
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Comfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities  
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations
