This full-time, onsite contract role begins September 8, 2026, and continues through December 18, 2026. You’ll be an integral part of the classroom team, providing essential guidance and behavioral support for students during a maternity leave coverage at a single school site near the Woodburn, OR area.

Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification and valid SPED license/certification in Oregon
- Experience supporting children or young adults in a school, classroom, or clinical setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and families

- Availability to work onsite throughout the contract duration (remote not available)
Responsibilities:
- Support classroom instruction and student engagement as directed by the supervising teacher or behavior specialist
- Implement individualized behavioral and educational strategies based on IEPs or behavior intervention plans
- Monitor student progress and document behavioral data for educational planning and reporting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to adjust interventions and maximize student success
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
