• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of client concerns, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, adjusting techniques to meet the individual needs of each client.
• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and other counselors, to ensure holistic support for every client served.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records adhering to ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems proficiently.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse range of clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges. From young adults struggling with anxiety and depression to families dealing with relationship dynamics, your role will be pivotal in offering guidance, solace, and empowerment. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects and affirms their unique experiences.

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of New York.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, ideally with individuals experiencing emotional difficulties.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and telehealth platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services to a variety of populations.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
