Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program Projected Opening November - Start date Mid October

Day & Night Positions Avaiable 

The Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program is a short-term, 24/7 residential treatment program for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis, offering a safe, home-like alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Residents receive individualized, trauma-informed care—including clinical support, therapy groups, medication management, crisis planning, and skill-building—to stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and prepare for a successful transition back to the community. Staff are part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes recovery, resilience, and improved access to behavioral health services across Northern Michigan.

Job Description

A Day in the Life 

  • Provides direct care to patients in a manner that considers safety, comfort in the behavioral health therapeutic environment. Builds healthy, supportive patient relationships and practices effective interpersonal skills at all times. Completes clinical reports and documentation in a professional and timely manner. 

Qualifications

What’s Required  

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • BLS required within 60 day of hire
