Description

Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.

This position will be driving to see participants in Solano, Napa and part of Sonoma counties.

Schedule : 40 hours/week (day and evening shift available)-availability to work on weekends may be needed

The Constant Care Attendant creates and develops cognitive and sensory programs in the three activity spheres of Productivity, Self-Care, and Leisure to engage the participants in the PACE program. Facilitates individual activities to complement the uniqueness of each person. Uses a person-centered approach to maintain a healthy social environment for the adults.

Required qualifications:

  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

  • Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

  • Experience working with older adults and adults with dementia.
