Receptionist, Customer Service Associate
St. John Community located in Mars, PA.
Receptionist, Customer Service Associate rates start at $15.00/hour.
Part-time; Monday, Thursday & Friday: 4:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Receptionist, Customer Service Associate is responsible for supporting reception, customer service, and clerical needs of the center. This shall include all duties related to
job tasks as assigned by the manager and includes positive communication/interaction (problem solving) and telephone operations. Adheres to company's administrative and departmental policies and procedures including but not limited to safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Receptionist, Customer Service Associate qualifications include:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year related experience and/or training.
  • Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
