Director, Product Management Kroger Advertising Platform
Summary:
The Director of Product Management will lead at scale, leveraging technology, product, and design expertise to address complex customer challenges while aligning with business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with deep experience in building omnichannel activation platforms, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to oversee large, cross-functional teams. The Director will shape product vision, strategy, and innovation while ensuring scalable, engineering-ready solutions that integrate seamlessly with company platforms. They will also be accountable for evolving the organization's media and adtech capabilities, driving innovation across omnichannel activation, and establishing partnerships with platform and technology providers to deliver integrated solutions at scale. This leader will bring a strong product mindset paired with technical acumen, enabling them to drive the development of API-first platforms anchored in agentic interaction to enable seamless, user-friendly media buying and activation.
Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and champion a long-term, business-level product vision for omnichannel activation. Ensure alignment with overarching business strategies and evolving client needs. Lead product discovery at scale and guide development of multi-year roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and driving organizational change. Clearly communicate the business impact, client value, and ROI of major platform initiatives.

  • The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.
