  • Reinforce staff training, agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure effective and compliant service delivery.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive environment for persons supported and program staff.

Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
  • Review attendance, data collection, and program documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with billing and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor program operations and documentation practices to support quality services and compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency policies.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Prior supervisory experience required; experience in OPWDD-regulated programs, including day habilitation services, preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to balance person-centered services with operational, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
