Position Overview:
We are seeking an Project Management Senior to lead the operational execution, coordination, and adoption management for our AI Innovation team. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving AI initiatives from pilot to production across the enterprise.
The AI Innovation Project Manager will lead the operational execution, coordination, and adoption management for the AI Innovation team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, driving AI tool onboarding and rollout, coordinating cross-functional execution, tracking adoption metrics, enabling early engagement with pilot users, and ensuring successful operationalization of AI initiatives across teams.
This role acts as the bridge between strategy and execution by partnering with engineering teams, platform teams, product management, architecture, security, governance, and business stakeholders to ensure AI innovation efforts are delivered effectively and adopted successfully

Your Impact:
The AI Innovation Program & Project Management oversees the execution of AI innovation initiatives, pilots, and rollouts by managing project plans, timelines, and status reporting. It coordinates across teams to align on deliverables and adoption goals, facilitating governance meetings and resolving execution risks with stakeholders. The program also supports prioritization and management of AI innovation requests.
For AI Tool Adoption & Rollout, the program drives adoption strategies and rollout planning for AI tools across engineering and business teams. It coordinates pilot programs and onboarding activities, tracks adoption metrics, and establishes scalable processes for new AI capabilities, ensuring successful phased rollouts and operational readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management involves building relationships with various teams, facilitating discussions to identify AI opportunities, and ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes. It supports change management activities and promotes transparency across initiatives.
Operational Excellence & Governance is achieved by establishing processes for innovation execution and tracking, defining governance standards, and maintaining visibility into initiatives and adoption progress. Compliance and readiness checkpoints are coordinated, with KPIs and measurement frameworks supporting AI initiative effectiveness.
Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement focuses on developing dashboards for adoption metrics, usage analytics, and business impact indicators. It analyzes feedback to recommend improvements, continuously enhancing execution models and communication processes.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience in technology organizations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Experience driving tool adoption, change management, or enterprise rollout initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience creating executive-level reporting and operational dashboards.
  • Preferred experience working with AI/ML, developer productivity tools, innovation programs, or emerging technologies.
  • Preferred familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, automation platforms, or GenAI ecosystems.
  • Preferred experience supporting Centers of Excellence (CoE) or transformation programs.
  • Preferred exposure to product operations, platform operations, or innovation governance models.
  • Preferred - PMP, Scrum Master, Agile certifications, or change management certifications preferred.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
