As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality care and infection prevention. ADON/Infection Preventionist Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

  • Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures to prevent and control the spread of infections

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action
