Program Coordinator

Location: Baltimore, MD
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $28.00–$33.00 per hour (based on experience)

About iPROMISE Institute

iPROMISE Institute empowers children and adolescents through academic support, behavioral and emotional development, and family engagement. We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate Program Coordinator to help oversee daily program operations and ensure exceptional support for the students and families we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily program operations, schedules, and staff assignments.
  • Support student enrollment, intake, and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, families, schools, and community partners.
  • Track attendance, student progress, and program documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and family engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Assist leadership with reporting, quality improvement, and program growth.
  • Support tutors, instructors, and program staff with scheduling and communication.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, education, behavioral health, youth services, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working with children and families is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
