Job description

About the Role

As a Martech Specialist, you'll play a key role in building, integrating, and optimizing the marketing technology ecosystems that drive growth for our global clients. Working alongside strategists, designers, developers, and client stakeholders, you will act as a core technical executor, ensuring seamless data flow, platform health, and advanced marketing automation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology, analytics, and marketing operations. You'll bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical implementation, translating business requirements into scalable MarTech solutions.

To succeed, you'll bring a strong understanding of marketing data structures, platform capabilities, and system logic, along with a passion for problem-solving. You should be comfortable navigating multi-platform workflows, managing stakeholder requirements in a fast-paced environment, and turning marketing goals into functional, automated systems.

What You'll Do

  • Data Flows & Governance: Maintain accurate data mapping and synchronization between core marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, CDP, and marketing automation tools) to ensure a clean source of truth.
  • Platform Configuration: Build, test, and launch complex automated workflows, segmentation rules, and lifecycle journeys within enterprise marketing clouds (such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • System Integrations: Oversee the connectivity between various third-party tools and plugins across the marketing stack, proactively troubleshooting data sync errors or tracking discrepancies.
  • Campaign Enablement & QA: Act as the technical back-end expert for marketing campaigns, ensuring proper tracking, lead routing, and database hygiene before deployment.
  • Stack Performance & Compliance: Conduct regular system audits to clean up outdated data, manage user permissions, and ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA/CASL).
  • Technical Advisory: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate marketing strategies into scalable, technical platform setups.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, operational workflows, and technical training guides for end-users.
  • Stack Evaluation: Assist with platform evaluations, solution architecture mapping, and technology recommendations for client ecosystems.
  • Journey Architecture: Design campaign workflows, lead lifecycle processes, customer journeys, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data and recommend clear opportunities for ongoing optimization.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current on emerging MarTech platforms, AI capabilities, and digital marketing trends to bring innovative ideas to client engagements.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years working in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, CRM, Digital Analytics, or Consulting.
  • Experience with one or more enterprise marketing platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, Bloomreach, Segment, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, attribution, analytics, and campaign execution.
  • Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data models, or SQL is an asset, but not required.
  • Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver who can diagnose software logic errors and optimize workflows.
  • Basic understanding of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS) as it relates to asset creation and template troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Perks and Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits Package
  • Socials, Outings & Retreats
  • Retirement Planning
  • Parental Leave Program
  • Annual tech & travel allowance
  • Culture of Learning & Development
  • Flexible Working Hours
