Job description

Job Description
We are in search of an experienced data & analytics mind to help drive Pizza Hut's digital analytics and technology platform supporting our A/B testing program and merchandising product teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing A/B tests to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our products and services. This position will own analyses and integration projects from beginning to end, including opportunity identification, problem scoping, analysis framing / execution, and dashboarding results to project stakeholders and internal leadership. As a member of the Pizza Hut Digital Analytics group, you will be a core part of the team that is driving forward data and technology-based decision making in on our digital footprint around the world.
Our ideal candidate has a breadth of analytics experience, strong technical skills, an evolving understanding of common technologies, and is capable of decomposing complex problems into addressable components or digestible analyses while maintaining a keen eye on the relevant business objective(s); their core responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:
  • Perform statistical analysis to evaluate test results, including significance testing and confidence interval calculations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards reporting the health of our ecommerce experiences
  • Work directly with product teams to help identify and prioritize opportunities to improve our digital ordering process
  • Support our A/B testing processes with analytics
  • Build presentations explaining conclusions from analytics and present results to stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate the upcoming trends and business demands to propose impactful analysis
  • Provide timely and accurate digital analytics to the business stakeholder, engineering and design team and the wider leadership team
  • Build, update and maintain analytics reports to present this data to wider teams when requested
  • Create visualizations that are intuitive, bringing to light the most relevant information to users for decision support
  • Develop and maintain code extracted from multiple data sources to create new data models for reporting, dashboarding, and analysis
  • Understand the process, data structure and tools across the organization and seek improvement and simplification - automation.
  • Understand the business strategy and implement changes to the tools and reporting to provide scalable and timely insights to enable data driven decisions.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics
  • Strong experience with programming language such as SQL, Python, R, etc. to perform statistical analysis
  • Exceptional knowledge of at least one commonly applied BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, etc)
  • 2+ years of experience using Google or Adobe Analytics to drive insight and support product teams
  • Familiarity with AB testing platforms and tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)
  • Exceptional advocacy and consensus building skills to drive adoption of data driven initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of effectively communicating technical subjects clearly and concisely
  • Experience in analytics w/ focus on performance-driven marketing, e-commerce, or agency/consulting organization
  • Desire to learn new analytics toolkits and techniques as shown through self-study or coursework

Salary Range: $99,400 -$115,800 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
