Objetivo del puesto

Realizar investigación que derive en el diseño de propuestas para mejorar el engagement y conversiones de los websites, vía pruebas A/B y targueteo de contenidos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Llevar a cabo investigación para obtener distinciones sobre el comportamiento de los usuarios en los websites.

  • Localizar y obtener la data necesaria (e.g., behavioral, VOC, transactional, demográfica) para la investigación.

  • Idear y diseñar pruebas a aplicar como potenciales mejores en los websites, por medio de pruebas A/B y targeteo de contenidos.

  • Aprender a manejar la herramienta Adobe Target para el seteo de las pruebas A/B y targueteo de contenidos en los websites.

  • Dar seguimiento a las pruebas en curso, analizar resultados, obtener insights, definir conclusiones y siguientes pasos.

Hard Skills (Técnicas)

  • Experiencia realizando investigación y análisis para comprender el comportamiento de los usuarios en websites.

  • Integración de herramientas AI para investigación.

  • Conocimientos en UX y CX.

  • Conocimientos en Data Analysis.
