Job Description:

Our Digital Analytics team is looking for a seasoned Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist who is very strong in Adobe Analytics (previously Omniture SiteCatalyst). Key responsibilities will focus on understanding objectives, determining key metrics, developing the appropriate measurement plan and delivering insights to key stakeholders through your analysis. Exposure to tools like Test & Target and and other tools for Web/Mobile Analytics, A/B Testing, Tableau, SQL etc. will be a plus. You will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders to help drive our Online Conversion and Optimization efforts and support customer journey improvement initiatives in our digital channels.

The Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist is responsible for developing measurement plans and tagging strategies for Web Analytics and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

Develop measurement plans and tagging strategies; as well as have the ability to validate tags. Craft clear, user-friendly web analytics reports and dashboards

Audit current analytics implementations and provide recommendations for improvements

Partner with members of our technology team to implement advanced analytics implementations using tools such as Adobe Analytics (previously Omniture SiteCatalyst), Ensighten Tag Management System

Implement A/B and optimization tests;

Assist with the testing of these advanced implementations using Charles proxy and various debugging tools

Contribute to the improvement and optimization of analytics services to our partners.

Additional Responsibilities:

Specific experience in developing measurement plans and tagging strategies (as well as having the ability to QA tags) for Web Analytics is required.

Manage the production and distribution of recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis

Translate findings in a clear and concise manner in order to present results to Executives

As the Web Analytics implementation is ever evolving you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the implementation acting as a liaison between Business Owners and our Web Development teams

As we create new websites you will work with key stakeholders to understand the business objectives in order to develop the appropriate measurement plan and tagging strategy for Adobe Analytics so that our Web Developers can tag the website appropriately

The ability to QA Web Analytics tags will be required in order to ensure the accuracy of our data

Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills

Must be able to identify issues with the data and problem solve

Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration skills; great attention to detail

Experience developing collaborative relationships and partnerships with the business and technology departments that drive business results, including the ability to translate between technical and non-technical people

Proven self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

Required Experience

3+ years of experience in an implementation role (web analytics, program measurement, test design); Ecommerce experience a plus

Hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics implementations and customizations.

Advanced experience using Site Catalyst in Tagging, Instrumentation, and Reporting

Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills;

Working knowledge of basic web technologies (SQL, JavaScript, HTML, web platforms and browsers, APIs, CMS and CRM systems);

Understanding of Ad Servers like DoubleClick and platforms like Facebook or Twitter;

A willingness to get into the weeds in all aspects of analysis and implementation;

Strong attention to detail and quality. We want someone who instinctively double checks their work before handing it off.

Comfortable working on small, dynamic teams across multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast paced environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with different groups of people, from developers to other stakeholders.

Experience in tracking end to end visitor behavior thru funnel tracking and other conversion metrics

Experience in building dashboards using tools like Tableau
