Role :: Construction Project Administrator

Construction Project Administrator for one of our most prestigious accounts in Houston, TX. The Construction Project Administrator will provide direct project management support to the Project Manager by focusing on implementation, organization, and team collaboration. What You'll Do:

  • Maintain project documentation, track action items, and ensure consistent follow-up with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Manage communication of project plans, risks, issues, and progress through meetings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist Project Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, project logs, and bid/proposal processes.
  • Coordinate and document project meetings, including recording minutes and tracking action items.
  • Support project closeout activities and ensure proper control of technical documentation.
  • Distribute and track project-related technical and administrative documentation.

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of construction management, estimating, or construction administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project) 
  • Experience working with Procore
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to identify and solve problems before they escalate, and anticipate future needs
  • Extreme attention to detail.

Position Summary:

  • Supports the project team in the monitoring of project progress according to agreed measures and within set organizational procedures. Typically requires business awareness and ability to develop relationships across the project team to facilitate collection of data and implementation of data collection methods.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years
