Job Summary – Lead Systems Administrator

- Manage and maintain user accounts, groups, and security policies in Active Directory.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user accounts, licensing, and security settings.
- Plan and execute migrations from on-premise infrastructure to cloud environments, and integrate various Office 365 services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both on-premise and cloud-based services.
- Implement and maintain security configurations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Perform AWS implementation/configuration as part of cloud service management.
- Utilize PowerShell for automation and routine administrative tasks.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
- Handle Active Directory replication, Sites & Services configuration, and FSMO role management.
- Implement and enforce security policies such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access, and identity protection.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., IRS 1075), perform access reviews, audits, and implement corrective actions to strengthen security controls.
- Preferred experience with Windows Server 2016 & higher, AD/GPO/O365 SME, and Azure/SharePoint.
