Job description

Signstat is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in our Jeannette office. The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions and any events or activities in the office.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees. He/she greets visitors and should present an accessible and approachable tone as well as have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has a healthy initiative and can anticipate needs.
Responsibilities: 

  • Supplies – Order and maintain all office-related supplies
  • Manage – Permitting process that supports our sales and installation efforts. Interact with permitting offices to secure and manage securing the permit for our clients. Supervise and monitor work as needed. Create a system for the team to be able to locate and review any files or records. Materials management - securing orders and delivery.  Creating shop work orders and customer approvals.  Job scheduling / client communication point of contact.
  • Coordination – Respond to correspondence, complaints and inquiries. Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree preferred
  • One year of previous office administrative experience
  • Superb communication skills
