We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our small, dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing essential logistics operations and providing top-tier customer service to external partners. The ideal Administrative Assistant will oversee daily data entry, manage vehicle reports, and maintain accurate records for automotive parts and inventory.   • Coordinate daily logistics tasks, including processing payments through online agency portals and generating vehicle disposal reports using MS Access.
  • Provide professional customer service when communicating with federal agents, clients, and vendors regarding vehicle disposals and inquiries.
  • Organize, scan, and file physical and digital documentation into our central computer database.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, route messages efficiently, and handle general office administrative duties.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in data entry and general office administration.
  • Strong background in providing exceptional customer service, with excellent follow-through and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel) and web-based portals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts or vehicle specifications is helpful, though not required.
