Sales Administrative Support Temp (Onsite)

Fort Collins, CO
$24.00/hour

Adecco is currently seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Temp Sales Administrative Support professionals to join a dynamic team in Fort Collins. These are onsite positions offering the opportunity to work closely with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.

This role requires a polished and professional individual who is comfortable interacting directly with customers regarding orders, invoices, and account support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and manage customer orders within internal systems, ensuring all details are correct and complete

  • Partner with internal teams to support credit approvals and financial-related order processes

  • Maintain and update customer profiles, ensuring records are current and accurate

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, providing updates and resolving routine questions

  • Assist with administrative support for customer accounts, including documentation and tracking activities

  • Support data entry and system maintenance to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms

  • Collaborate with logistics teams to support order fulfillment and shipping coordination

  • One role will focus on international orders, including preparing export documentation and supporting global shipping processes


Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a polished, professional presence

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
