Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

JOB TITLE: Reporting Analyst

REPORTS TO: Assistant Vice President- Youth and Employment Services

DEPARTMENT: Employment Services/Community Services

FLSA: Non-Exempt

SALARY RANGE: $45,000 - $50,000

 

SUMMARY: Provides administrative/data support for State funded programs by reviewing, tracking, and monitoring documents and data.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Perform administrative duties such as typing reports, letters/memos etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of assigned reports
  • Assist with the collection of monthly statistics
  • Provide assistance with file maintenance
  • Review subcontractor documentation against approved budget
  • Responsible for receiving/distribution of all mail, correspondence and supplies
  • Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service and provide program information
  • May perform other duties as assigned

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 

Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative position or equivalent; ability to use Microsoft Word for Windows, as well as knowledge of spreadsheets and database programs using Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal, writing and organizational skills. Must be flexible to work some evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
