Job description

Our growing team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • General Support: Prepare, organize, and distribute internal and external documents, schedules, and communications to support team operations.
  • Document Management: File, archive, and retrieve records, contracts, and project documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, arrange, and support meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and coordinating follow-up actions with stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Review your work for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
  • Office Support: Support management and operational teams with office-related issues including but not limited to, decoration, office supplies, break room supplies, and safety supplies.
  • Deltek Support: Support management, engineering, and operations teams by supporting project-related Deltek issues including Project Setup, Project Reporting, Invoice coordination, PO requisition, Deltek Troubleshooting and Project Closeout.
  • Troubleshooting: Support management, engineering, and operations teams by identifying and resolving administrative issues. • Collaboration: Work closely with managers, engineers, and other staff to clarify processes and resolve administrative questions.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all office safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Documentation: Record progress, issues, and changes as needed for project tracking and quality control.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.  Associate's Degree Required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
