Job description


We are looking for a motivated professional who can provide administrative and operational support while coordinating multiple initiatives in a fast-paced IT environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting projects, analyzing data, tracking budgets, and preparing reports for leadership.


Higher education experience preferred 
- Workday or PeopleSoft ERP ideal
Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating administrative and operational activities

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Workday and/or PeopleSoft
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and operational summaries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting project coordination and budget tracking activities
