Bilingual Spanish HR Clerk

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay: $22–$24/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Clerk to provide administrative support to the HR department and assist employees with HR-related questions and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee HR files and records.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
  • Answer routine employee and applicant questions regarding policies, benefits, hiring, and HR procedures.
  • Conduct periodic audits of HR files to ensure documentation is complete.
  • Assist with payroll processing, employee questions, and timecard corrections.
  • Maintain daily time and attendance records and employee calendars.
  • Assist with benefits administration and communicate with benefit providers and vendors.
  • Support recruiting, Workers’ Compensation, safety programs, benefits enrollment, and employee events as needed.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 1–3 years of HR or related administrative experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish; able to read, write, and speak Spanish.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn HRIS and payroll systems quickly.
  • ADP experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
