As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations in the foundation department and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Handle all incoming calls from multiple lines, schedule appointments, and confirm for the Sales team.
โ€ข Greet and assist all incoming customers with professionalism and courtesy.
โ€ข Strong customer service skills in dealing with customers.
โ€ข Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
โ€ข Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
โ€ข Support other departments as needed with various tasks.
โ€ข Perform administrative office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records, creating spreadsheet reports, and inputting payroll.
โ€ข Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency.
โ€ข Prepare and maintain Spreadsheets.
