Job Title: Administrative Assistant ReceptionJob Description

The primary role of the Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by managing the reception area at the client site. This includes handling phone calls, walk-ins, visitor badge management, receiving deliveries, conducting research, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing lunch arrangements.
  • Maintain records management systems and handle front-of-house/reception duties.
  • Manage phone calls, walk-ins, visitor badge management, and deliveries.
  • Conduct research and handle information requests.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish is required, with Portuguese being preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to organize and maintain confidentiality of information.
