$46,286.00 - $58,348.00
POSITION SUMMARY
Under close supervision, the Human Resources Associate performs professional level work in support of a wide variety of Human Resources activities within the Company. This position will perform administrative duties including data entry and filing, maintaining personnel records and assisting with record audits. The HR Associate will also assist with gathering documentation for audits as well as processing vendor and benefits payment activities.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
  • Assist with maintaining data entry and sorting inquiries within the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Assist with drafting communications and job descriptions.
  • May assist with coordinating meetings, trainings, interviews and/or orientations.
  • Processing vendor payments and benefits contributions.
  • Assist with administration of contracts with outside vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred: Experience using Workday HCM.
Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiencies working with the Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint.
