Legal Administrative Assistant

A dynamic professional services organization is seeking a proactive and resourceful Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and internal teams in a fast‐moving, detail‐driven environment. This in‐office role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing shifting priorities. Position Overview

The Legal Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to multiple attorneys, ensuring smooth daily operations across administrative, legal, scheduling, and client‐service functions. Success in this role requires reliability, initiative, and the ability to coordinate complex tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attorney Support — Deliver day‐to‐day administrative and legal assistance to assigned attorneys.
  • Document Preparation — Draft, revise, proofread, and process correspondence, legal filings, presentations, and other materials.
  • Deadline & Workflow Tracking — Monitor assignments, due dates, approvals, client contacts, and business development activities.
  • Scheduling & Coordination — Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and visitor logistics.
  • Matter Administration — Assist with matter intake, conflict checks, engagement letters, research tasks, billing, invoicing, expenses, and file organization.
  • Team Collaboration — Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and cross‐functional teams to support firm operations.
