Job description

We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced service business.

Responsibilities include checking in parts (inspecting shipments for accuracy and damage, and reordering when needed), answering and managing incoming calls from customers and warranty companies including American Home Shield, and scheduling service appointments efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can come in, get to work, and pick things up quickly without constant supervision. You must be comfortable working on a computer, typing efficiently, and navigating multiple systems. Strong phone and customer service skills are essential.

You should be able to think on your feet, handle small problem-solving situations, stay organized, and keep customers informed and at ease throughout the process. This role involves working with customers through warranty-related situations, so professionalism, patience, and the ability to not take things personally are very important.

This is not a sit-back role — we need someone proactive who takes ownership from day one.

One of the biggest advantages of this position is that the more organized and on top of your responsibilities you are, the easier and more manageable your days become. Strong performers will find the workflow becomes smooth, with lighter, more flexible time toward the end of the week.

We perform a high volume of work through our warranty partners and maintain strong performance standards within those networks. This role requires someone who can stay professional and focused while handling a wide range of customer situations.

We recognize and reward team members who go above and beyond. Raises and growth opportunities are based on performance, reliability, and initiative.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term, take pride in their work, and become a key part of the team.

This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

NOTE : 20 to 25 an hour starting depending on experience and room for raises !

Company Description

We are a growing, high-volume service company working with major home warranty providers. While we are a small, family-run business, we operate with the structure, systems, and expectations of a much larger company due to the volume of work we handle daily. Our team is built on organization, efficiency, and strong performance standards.
