Job description

The Project Management and Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, office admin, and customer service functioin. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

1. Purchase Order & Procurement Management

- Receive, review, process, and release purchase orders using SAP

- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely order fulfillment

2. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

- Manage material pull-out requests and coordinate pick-ups.

- Prepare and maintain shipping documents and conduct shipment follow-ups

- Oversee freight vendors, including invoice management and timely payment coordination

3. Office Admin

- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AP) Processes

- Manage Office supply procurement and general office maintenance tasks

- Ensure efficient daily administrative operations

4. Customer Service Support

- Assist with product modification and return service process

- Provide responsive and professional service to internal and external stakeholders.

5. Additional Responsibilities

- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field preferred.

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal).

Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and relevant business systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
