Position Description: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of the endpoint and Mobile Architecture systems. These systems include but are not limited to: MS Intune, Azure AD and MS Endpoint Configuration Manager. This position is also responsible for researching new technology and developing a road map of the future direction of all End User Support systems to continuously improve and keep up with the business and IT needs. This position will actively resolve problems and issues with computer systems to limit work disruptions and production outages. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager.  

• Manages and coordinates urgent and complicated support issues. 

• Act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents regarding endpoint devices. Administration and management of mobile devices and laptops.

• Develop methodologies and escalation processes to ensure proper escalation and information flow within the organization. 

Administration of Azure and Azure Admin portal.

Train, coach, and mentor support staff. Build, edit, publish, and document training material for support staff including how to video documentation. Interact with internal and external customers. 

• Provide data and reporting of KPI’s and trends, weekly, monthly, and as needed. 

• Maintain an effective and workable framework for managing and improving customer IT support in the organization. Advise management on escalated incidents, identified trending patterns. Provide recommend solutions that may require additional client support or system enhancements. 

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and three years of progressively responsible, professional level analyst and systems experience in a largescale Information Technology environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. 

• Intune Endpoint Management and Azure Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Administration, and Active Directory experience required. 

• PowerShell Scripting is preferred. 

 Preferred Skills Knowledge of, and ability to demonstrate: 

• Command of comprehensive inventory management principles. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Excellent customer service skills and soft skills. 

• Prioritizing and assigning work. 

• Administration of Azure, Azure Admin Portal, with proficiency in PowerShell

• Installing, configuring, critical thinking, excellent troubleshooting skills, with strong technical aptitude on all Windows 10/11, Apple, Android, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory platforms, systems.

Knowledge of networking and how things are connected and routed on the network (ethernet and Wi-Fi).   

• Analyzing processes, information, and data- to help provide and recommend solutions.  

Create and update documentation and knowledge articles. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in basic Network troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair. 

• Experience performing day-to-day Troubleshooting, Diagnostic and support of laptops, printer, etc. 

• Security and patch management experience desired. 

• Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing system. 

• Windows 11 Operating System experience. 

• Microsoft M365 support Experience 

M365 Copilot/ Copilot Chat /Teams Administration  

• Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager

Technical Skills:

 Office 365 Experience in supporting, installing, troubleshooting, M365 mainstream products. (including: Microsoft Teams, Teams Premium, New Outlook, etc.) 

 Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager

• Strong hands-on experience in hardware and software infrastructure tools 

• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012-2019, M365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams.

• Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes

• Application / software installation and troubleshooting

• Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow (San Diego or later version) ticketing tools 

• Windows System administration 

• Strong Troubleshooting Skills

• Hardware, operating system & software knowledge of laptops, desktops & mobile devices Android & iPhone.

• Working knowledge of supporting computer peripherals, network copiers, Video conference equipment etc.

• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory 2012 of later, and networking topology
