About the job Executive Admin/HR
Arkansas Talent Group is excited to partner with a longstanding family-owned business that is in search of an Executive Admin/Human Resources Professional who handles all HR tasks for the company under 100 employees. This role will require multitasking, confidentiality, and excellent organizational and communication skills. In addition to HR tasks like payroll, onboarding, and benefits, this individual will also serve as EA to the executives and handle some paralegal work for the organization.
Overview
A growing, team-oriented organization is seeking an Executive Admin/HR to support daily HR operations and general administrative functions. This role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist or administrative assistant with HR/payroll skills. This candidate will oversee day-to-day people operations, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and provide organizational support across administrative areas. This hire must be a "jack of all trades" due to the company side, and be able to pivot to company needs quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage core HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, compliance, and performance reviews.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, candidate communications, and interview logistics
  • Assist with coordinating staff events, meetings, and morale-building activities.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy of employee data, time-off tracking, and policy updates.
  • Provide administrative support related to office operations-ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and supporting overall office organization.
  • Liaise between employees and leadership to promote consistent communication and a positive workplace culture.
  • Will be responsible for documentation, including document review, research, and production of legal documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years in Executive Administration, HR, Office Management, and/or paralegal work.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong research, written communication, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
