Sales Representative We are looking for Sales Representative who will strengthen our presence in the USA, establish new channels of distribution and increase our customer network (hunter approach). The person will introduce Polcode and our services to the market in USA (New York area) and lead our expansion in the region. The candidate should be career-oriented and willing to create and grow along with the company.

We are planning to enlarge the company by introducing team of developers on the spot, as well as increase the number of Sales Reps. so the position gives tremendous opportunities for professional development and promotion. For the right candidate this is a unique opportunity to become a key member of our company and be responsible for managing our business development, marketing and staffing strategy in the US.

Sales Representative will: Make a significant impact on sales Increase number of customers Introduce new channels of sales Maintain contacts with current clients Find clients' needs and suggest solutions Work closely with Account/Project Managers in other offices Prepare and introduce offers of our services to potential clients Meet or exceed specified quotas regarding sales contacts and closures Be a positive, knowledgeable and professional face to all our existing and potential clients Must have: excellent persuasive skills IT related sales experience excellent communication and presentation skills familiar with e-commerce platforms, programming languages, IT-oriented terms ability to self-educate about the services provided by Polcode a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills Extra skills: experience and willingness to work remotely (if needed) self-discipline effective time management We offer: Base + Commission Great opportunity to improve experience in sales Great work environment Polcode's core competency is delivering custom web application programming services.
