Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our team in Grand Bay, Alabama.

As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for the success of the center, including:

  • Maintaining strong regulatory compliance and survey readiness

What We're Looking For
  • Current Alabama Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility for Alabama licensure

  • Previous skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience

  • Strong operational and financial acumen

  • Proven ability to build and develop teams

  • Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
