IES Commercial, Inc. - dba IES Electrical, is seeking a full-time Office Admin to join us in our Holdrege, NE office.

Job Summary

  • Administrative tasks supporting multiple departments
  • Perform tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Use Excel to balance numbers and entries
  • Assists with processing of information into timekeeping software systems
  • Assists with day-to-day record-keeping operations
  • Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with other departments including Accounting, Payroll and HR
  • Role is anticipated to expand as business needs develop.

Qualifications

  • 2 years related experience
  • Proficient computer and MS Office (WORD, EXCEL) skills
  • Strong attention-to-detail, accuracy review, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
