Our client seeks a highly skilled Data Analyst with hands-on Administrator experience and a strong foundation in data analytics, who will partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic and operational needs into scalable, user-focused CRM solutions on Salesforce. The role requires hands-on Salesforce administration, strong data analytics capability, and ownership of data quality, governance, and hygiene across the CRM ecosystem. The ideal professional applies systems-thinking, collaborates across business and technology teams, and delivers actionable, data-driven insights that improve outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and data solutions.
  • Administer Salesforce using declarative tools and implement data management best practices.
  • Own data hygiene activities including quality monitoring, governance alignment, and remediation plans.
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Design and implement duplicate rules, matching rules, validation rules, and automation to improve data quality.
  • Define and report Salesforce data hygiene metrics and standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify process, behavioral, system, or integration drivers of poor data quality and recommend improvements.
  • Assess integrations and upstream or downstream impacts using a systems-thinking approach.
  • Export, cleanse, and re-import Salesforce data using SOQL, Data Loader or similar tools, and Excel.
  • Create clear documentation including solution designs, knowledge articles, and user guides.
Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent.
  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification desired.
  • 2+ years in application or production support.
  • 3+ years applying systems analysis methodologies including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping.
  • Demonstrated partnership with business and technology teams to design sustainable solutions.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience with declarative tools.
  • Significant contribution to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives.
  • Strong data analytics background with large datasets and complex data relationships.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Data governance experience including ownership, stewardship, and governance models.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data lakes or warehouses, and analytics platforms such as Power BI.
  • Proficiency with SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, and Microsoft Excel features such as PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, and VLOOKUP.
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms and semi-structured data such as JSON.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong active listening.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on impact, urgency, and SLAs in an agile environment.
  • Track record of delivering results while maintaining positive relationships and a continuous learning mindset.
