As a Sales Administrator/Receptionist , you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. you will handle multiple tasks simultaneously and perform administrative tasks to support overall business operations, such as answering phones and managing business documentation. In addition, you will provide support to the sales and/or production team as needed. The ideal candidate can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and is determined to provide outstanding service to both our customers and fellow team members.
Our ideal Sales Administrator/Receptionist is an outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, focused, and motivated individual with excellent listening skills can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed, and the ability to develop lasting relationships.
You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. You will be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answers the phone and directs callers to the appropriate individual
  • Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, and email
  • Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and email activity
  • Prepares estimates and establishes/maintains estimate follow-up procedures
  • Communicates with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
  • Executes a variety of marketing functions, including database mailings, thank you cards, press releases, etc.
  • Maintains an attractive retail environment (clean, organized, and functional)
  • Helps as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork
  • Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues
  • Performs other duties as needed, such as entering orders, consulting with customers, assist production etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • College diploma or equivalent level of education required
  • At least three years in retail or inside sales with excellent customer service experience
  • Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent math skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Salary Commensurate with experience. Range from  $42,000  to $46,000 per year
  • Bonus and Commission: Up to 15% of the annual salary
