Job description

We are hiring immediately for a Railroad Administrative Assistant to Join or team at the Norfolk Southern Doremus, NJ auto facility in a recession-proof industry! This is an entry-level position and no experience is required as we'll teach you everything you need to know in order to be successful on the job. This is an essential job and you'll have the opportunity to work for the #1 intermodal contractor in the United States!
The schedule and Rate will be discussed during the interview.

APPLICANTS MUST currently live within a 45-minute commute of Newark, NJ. OUT OF AREA candidates and/or those requiring relocation will NOT be considered.
Summary/Objective:
The Automotive Admin is responsible for completing reports, customer reporting, yard inventory, answering phones, and all other duties assigned.  It is expected as an applicant have excellent computer skills and knowledge of office software programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
