Legal Data Analytics & AI Insights Manager - Chicago, IL OR Erlanger, KY
Role Purpose
The Data, Analytics & AI Insights Manager is a strategic role responsible for advancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and data maturity of the Legal Affairs, Regulatory & Compliance (LARC) function through advanced analytics, data engineering, AI enablement, and automation.
This role serves as the central data and analytics leader across Legal, Compliance, Government Relations, Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA), and Insurance/Risk, enabling data-driven decision-making, predictive insights, and scalable automation.
The individual will design and operationalize integrated data ecosystems, leveraging Power BI, enterprise data platforms, and GenAI tools to transform fragmented data into actionable intelligence and automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Integration
  • Lead LARC's data strategy by integrating cross-functional data, establishing governance standards, and building scalable data models and pipelines.
GenAI Enablement & Data-to-Insight Automation
  • Enable GenAI use cases and automation by creating AI-ready data environments and delivering tools that turn structured data into actions, insights, summaries, and decision support.
Automation & Workflow Optimization
  • Drive workflow optimization by identifying data integration and automation opportunities across intake, reporting, matter management, and regulatory processes using data integrations and GenAI tools.
Risk Analytics & Insights
  • Build a unified LARC risk analytics data framework that delivers predictive indicators, dashboards, and forward-looking insights to support strategic decisions.
Advanced Analytics & Power BI Enablement
  • Develop executive dashboards and self-service analytics that provide leadership with clear visibility into performance, risk, and operational trends across LARC.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Data analytics / BI
    • Legal, compliance, risk, or regulatory environments
  • Advanced expertise in:
    • Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization, dashboarding)
    • SQL and data transformation
    • Data integration and architecture
    • GenAI models, related tool and agentic AI
  • Demonstrated experience aggregating multi-source data into unified reporting frameworks
Preferred
  • Experience implementing GenAI solutions in enterprise functions
  • Familiarity with legal, compliance, or risk technology platforms
  • Experience designing data models for AI consumption and automation use cases
  • Certifications in data analytics, BI, AI, or risk/compliance (e.g., CCEP, CISA, analytics certifications)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
