Job Title:             Adjunct Faculty - Math
Classification:    Exempt
Reports to:         Director of School of Humanities and Science
Compensation:   Compensation for in-person and hybrid courses is determined by academic credential: $850 per credit hour for instructors with a master’s degree and $1,000 per credit hour for instructors with a doctorate.
North Central University Mission Statement:

Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality instruction to students in assigned courses, supporting the academic mission of the institution. Adjunct faculty foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment, deliver curriculum effectively, assess student progress, and contribute to student success by bringing professional expertise, scholarship, and real-world application into the classroom. This role exists to advance student learning, promote academic excellence, and uphold the values and standards of the university.
The academic year is structured into three teaching sessions: one full-semester session and two eight-week sessions (A & B). Undergraduate courses are generally three credits, while graduate courses are generally four credits. Compensation for in-person and hybrid courses is determined by academic credential: $850 per credit hour for instructors with a master’s degree and $1,000 per credit hour for instructors with a doctorate. Online undergraduate and graduate courses are compensated on a prorated scale based on enrollment.

Minimum Education and Experience
