What you'll do

As an R&D Engineering Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in formulation development and performance testing within a laboratory environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and testing product coating formulations to meet customer and performance requirements
  • Conducting experiments and performing technical procedures to support new and existing product development
  • Planning and executing tests to ensure formulations meet critical-to-quality (CTQ) standards
  • Gathering and analyzing ideas from the internal R&D team to enhance product functionality
