Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help individuals navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through evidence-based therapies, crisis intervention, and holistic patient care within outpatient and inpatient settings. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and committed to fostering positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida License or Registered Intern status
  • Master’s degree from a CACREP-accredited or equivalent program.
  • Proof of credentials and liability insurance (if required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with TherapyNotes or similar EHR.
  • Passed Cleared to Care Background Check


Core Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions.
  • Document client progress and submit timely billing.
  • Submit work hours monthly by the specified deadline.
  • Maintain a flexible, client-accessible schedule.
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings.
  • Protect client confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance.
  • Promote Healing Wounds Healthcare within the community.
  • Continue education in evidenced-based therapy approaches for trauma, crisis intervention, or related areas.


Performance Indicators

  • Timely client response and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Evidence of client progress and satisfaction.
  • Adherence to ethical, legal, and clinical standards.
  • Active participation in supervision and professional growth activities.
