Job Title: Regional Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The Regional Operations Coordinator will support and manage day-to-day operations

across multiple regional delivery sites. This role requires a hands-on professional who

thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a strong analytical mindset, and is

passionate about creating efficiencies and delivering excellence.

This position is ideal for someone who is operationally savvy, highly organized, and

experienced in supporting multi-site logistics or field service environments.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across regional sites to ensure alignment with

company objectives and SLAs.

• Monitor and report on KPIs, operational performance metrics, and service levels using

data tools and dashboards.

• Collaborate with site managers and frontline staff to improve workflows, solve issues,

and support continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, documentation, and schedules using internal systems and software.

• Facilitate regional meetings, training programs, and initiative rollouts in collaboration

with leadership.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance

requirements.

• Act as the central point of contact between regional offices, cross-functional teams, and

senior operations leadership.

• Assist with vendor management and coordination of supply chain/service delivery

components to meet customer expectations.

• Provide off-hours and weekend support as required.


Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, logistics support, or administrative

roles in a related field.

• Strong operational knowledge with the ability to understand and manage service

workflows and regional performance.

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas,

data analysis).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (document formatting, creating templates and

reports).

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and operations platforms (ERP, CRM, TMS, or

dispatch software).

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interact across all

levels of the organization.

• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a

dynamic environment.

• Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regional, multi-site logistics or transportation operations.

• Direct to Consumer (D2C) transportation network experience is required.

• Familiarity with air cargo operations and airway bill (AWB) management is a plus.

• Bilingual language skills are advantageous.

• Ability to travel 25%–50% of the time, including to airport or delivery hubs.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including late/off-hours as needed.

• Technology savvy and comfortable with application-based solutions.
