Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Business Support Associate to support a team focused on cloud storage infrastructure and backend cloud data services. This role will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities for leadership and team members.
The ideal candidate will have strong calendaring, coordination, communication, and organizational skills, with experience supporting fast-paced teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for management and team members.
Serve as a primary point of contact for department and group-related administrative needs.
Coordinate and support special projects as assigned.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for team members.
Manage and maintain leadership calendars, ensuring effective scheduling and prioritization.
Coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Arrange meeting logistics and ensure efficient communication among participants.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Manage PC inventory, tracking, and equipment-related requests.
Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor-related requests.
Required Skill
3-4+ years of experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
3-4+ years of stakeholder communication and coordination experience.
3-4+ years of administrative support experience in a professional environment.
Proven experience coordinating meetings, events, travel, and business operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Pay Details: $34.00 per hour
