Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Material Handler positions in Hillsboro, OR. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Material Handler while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:

· Order Fulfillment & Inventory Handling – Pick, pack, sort, store, and prepare materials and finished goods for shipment while ensuring order accuracy and quality standards.

· Receiving & Verification – Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, verify quantities and documentation, and accurately process inventory transactions.

· Warehouse Equipment Operation – Safely operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks to move and store products.

· Warehouse Compliance & Safety – Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow company procedures while working in room temperature, cold-room, and freezer environments.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory control experience.

· Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and work comfortably at various heights; forklift and order picker experience preferred.

· Basic computer proficiency, including ERP systems (QAD preferred), Outlook, and shipping software.

· Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs., work in varying temperature environments, and support flexible schedules, shifts, and overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
