This position is responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards in vehicle repairs and service. The Shop Foreman is a key member of the service leadership team.

Key Responsibilities: Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of automotive technicians and service advisors. Assign work orders and responsibilities to technicians based on their skills and expertise. Monitor technician productivity and efficiency, making adjustments as needed to meet service goals.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Quality Control: Ensure that all vehicle repairs and maintenance services meet or exceed dealership and manufacturer quality standards. Perform quality checks on completed work to verify accuracy and thoroughness.

Address any issues or concerns related to the quality of repairs promptly. Technical Support: Assist technicians in diagnosing complex vehicle issues and provide technical guidance as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, technical service bulletins, and manufacturer recalls.
