This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in defining, implementing, operating and improving the manufacturing engineering processes (line balancing, work preparation, production scheduling, line simulation), the manufacturing technologies (forming, cutting, welding, heat treatment, assembly, additive manufacturing, etc.), the robotic technologies and the industrial information systems

Focus on Manufacturing and Process Engineering. Entry level graduate with limited commercial and technical work experience. Build skills and expertise in a chosen Engineering Discipline. Works to instructions and directions and delivers reliable results. Keen to understand clients business and needs. Solves routine problems. Organises own time with a short time horizon.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 65,255 k to  86,110 CAD pending on # of years experience.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
