This role is focused exclusively on Cloud & IT Solutions and is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, uncovering customer challenges, and translating technical solutions into business value.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS & GROW ACCOUNTS
    • Serve as a trusted advisor for existing CADimensions customers by identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure, security, collaboration, and IT operations
    • Build strong relationships with decision makers, IT leaders, engineering teams, operations leaders, and executives
    • Conduct regular customer outreach, account reviews, and follow-up meetings to uncover new opportunities
  • DRIVE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
    • Generate new opportunities through existing customer relationships, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and events
    • Prospect and develop new logo opportunities focused exclusively on Cloud & IT Solutions
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently move opportunities forward
  • LEAD A CONSULTATIVE SALES PROCESS
    • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, infrastructure needs, and business objectives
    • Identify customer challenges related to cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, remote collaboration, disaster recovery, CAD hosting, and managed IT services
    • Recommend tailored solutions aligned to customer goals and business outcomes
    • Educate customers on the operational and financial benefits of cloud infrastructure and managed services
  • OWN THE SALES PROCESS
    • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
    • Develop proposals, pricing, presentations, and solution recommendations
    • Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity updates within HubSpot CRM
    • Partner closely with technical teams, marketing, and leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience

ABOUT YOU
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, or solution selling
  • Experience selling cloud services, managed IT services, infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity solutions, or SaaS products
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and position technical solutions effectively
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and developing knowledge around cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed IT services
  • Experience managing pipelines, opportunities, and CRM activities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time for customer meetings, trade shows, and events
