About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth experience for both customers and internal teams by supporting the sales process from quote to order fulfillment and renewal.

You will work closely with Sales Representatives, customers, finance, technical support, and other business functions to manage orders, maintain accurate customer information, and ensure timely processing of commercial activities. What You'll DoSales Operations & Order Management
  • Process customer orders, contracts, renewals, software licenses, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, technical support, and service teams to resolve order issues and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders regarding order status and next steps.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, approval processes, and company policies.

Customer & Team Support

Knowledge & Skills
